Kanndiss has worked across the charity, education, sport, and media industries. Holds an array of qualifications which include Journalism, Personal training and Data Science. Currently, she works as for Fawcett Society and Volunteers with the Women's Equality Party East Kent.

Kanndiss received her BA Hons in Journalism from University for the Creative Arts. After graduating she established her freelance career creating Digital Production for charities, youth organisations and various clients. In the last couple of years, she has created a food magazine, built up a reputation for raising awareness about mental health care and as an Intersectional cross party activism.
