Kanndiss has enjoyed a 5-year career in charity; education, sport, and media. She is recognised for her work in Mental Health & BAME community. Kanndiss is a digital creative and host of The Feels Podcast, she is comfortable interviewing politicians, celebrities and members of the public. Kanndiss Riley has worked extensively with Girl Guides and Princes Trust she also campaigns for Diversity and Equal Access with Women's Equality Party.
Kanndiss has over 3 years of Equal Rights and Youth Work experience; she ran projects, mentored young girls through charity partnerships, facilitated workshops, training and public speaking about female empowerment. Kanndiss' ethos is to help young people find their purpose to remove them from generation poverty and continue to succeed through education or employment.
Kanndiss Riley uses a blend of Project Management, IT Operations, and Business Analytic skills with all her clients through KR SPACE. In particular, whilst at Prince's Trust, she gained BA skills to acquire all their young people paid opportunities.

Recently Information and Systems Officer at Fawcett Society, and previously a Spoke on BBC 5 Live and Website Developer for NGO Safe Space, helping to transform their website; She is the Branch Leader of East Kent Branch, Women's Equality Party.
